Refund policy

Renara Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right for you. That’s why we offer a 14-day returns policy for all customers.

Returns Eligibility
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Items must be returned in the same condition they were received – unworn, unused, with no stains, odors, or damage with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
    •    Items that cannot be resold due to condition (e.g. marks, damage, smell) will not qualify for a refund.
    •    Any return sent without the customer’s order number and full name may not be processed.

Important Information
    •    Unfortunately as a small business we are unable to offer free prepaid returns at this time and we hope to be able to offer this in future!
    •  All returns are to be paid for by the customer.

    •   We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds
    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
    •    Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of your return for us to process your refund.
    •    Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, or if it arrives damaged or defective. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
