Free Shipping on UK Orders Over £120

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £120. Shipping costs for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

UK Shipping

All of our UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders will be shipped the day after purchase (excluding weekends) and you will receive tracking updates for your order.

To ensure you receive tracking updates, please make sure to include your telephone number and email address at checkout. You can track your order online using the provided details. We kindly ask that you check your tracking information before contacting us about the status of your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (Royal Mail)

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control:

  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from the day after the order.

  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days from the day after the order.

  • Overseas Royal Mail: 5-10 working days from the day after the order.

International Customers

If you are placing an international order, please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country. If you are notified of any customs charges, please pay them promptly, as customs may only hold the parcel for a limited time. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.

Your parcel may also experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
